How your billing is really performing
An independent grade of how your billing is performing.
Whoever handles your billing reports on their own work. That is not a criticism, it is just how the arrangement is built, and it means nobody is grading the result from the outside. The scorecard does that. It measures the things that decide whether a practice collects what it earns, and it is built from the same line items the audit produces, so you can open any grade and see what it is made of.
Billing scorecard, last quarter

Benchmark 96%

How long money sits before it arrives
Benchmark 35 days
Share of expected revenue that never arrived
Benchmark 2%
A sample scorecard for one practice over one quarter. Grades are computed from the metrics shown, against the benchmark on each row.
What it does
It measures the handful of things that decide whether a practice collects what it earns: how much of what you bill is actually collected, how many denials get reworked instead of written off, how long money sits in A/R, and how much leaks out along the way. Each one is scored against a benchmark rather than left as a raw number you have no context for.
What you get
A grade you can hold a conversation around, and the detail underneath it when that conversation gets specific. If your billing is performing well, the scorecard says so, which is worth having in writing from someone outside the arrangement.
Why you can trust it
Whoever handles your billing reports on their own work. That is simply how the arrangement is built, not a criticism of anyone. The scorecard is graded from the same line items the audit produces, by a party that is not being measured.

A payer’s contract sets a rate for a procedure and the payment came in under it. Nothing about the claim was rejected, so nothing flagged it. It was posted, closed, and counted as collected.
